This was the best investment I could make for my business. I have learned so much through this program!! She has an amazing and supportive staff that is available regularly for support and to answer questions. The coaching calls are so helpful, I always learn whether I have a question or just listen in to other's questions. I love the regular accountability to keep me moving forward towards my goals and vision. Ultimately, I got into this business to help people and have an influence. I've been a therapist for over 20 years and private practice for almost 15. I decided to step out and build a group practice and honestly I do not think I could have accomplished what I have so far without this program and I am not finished!! This business coaching has been very helpful in acquiring the skills and confidence to move my private practice into a group practice. I love that what they provide is well rounded in the information that is needed to run a business. They have thought of everything that we need before I knew what was needed to build a solid structured organization. Highly recommend this program! I feel more confident and competent in running a group practice since completing it. It can feel overwhelming to scale to a group practice - not knowing where to start or what to consider - but this program provides a blueprint for exactly what to do. Having the ability to get almost immediate feedback or answers to my questions was invaluable. I struggled with being stagnant, and loved listening to Nicole's podcast to help me understand having a business mindset within the therapy practice walls. She makes things so simple, gives step by step instructions, and honestly I have seen so much growth and taken so many steps because her program makes you truly feel confident in what you're doing as a practice owner. I have learned so much from this program! Before I started, I was lost as to how to expand my practice. This gave me step by step instructions as well as a whole community of support that I needed, especially given that I was pregnant throughout. I followed Nicole and her team for the past 1.5 years and she helped me grow my practice from solo to 8 clinicians in a few months, guiding me to sign a lease for a new and bigger space, as well as find an amazing admin team to support the clinic. Her program is a great investment, with a step-by-step process from start to finish. Participating in her Facebook group as well as weekly check-ins from her team, offers the space to vent, as questions, and receive support from other professionals in the field. The only negative point I would have to make, is the cost of the program is in USD funds, which is more costly for Canadians. ~ Julie D

Joining the McCance Method has been a great decision for my practice thus far. I had a small group practice for 10 years and thought I had a lot of pieces put together well. I had no idea just how many things I was missing, particularly in terms of systems and what is needed to get the practice busy and growing in a significant way. It is a significant time investment, financial investment, and a lot of work - but the goal of this program is to be able to run your practice like the business that it is, and this will help get you there. I am only 2 months in so I can't yet speak to the end results, but I can say that there is wealth of information, a multitude of experts, consistent support from the team when you ask questions, and a lot of structure to ensure you're completing what you need to in order to grow. Having access to this program has been amazing. Following the modules and having access to all the documents is a game changer.
