I’m a retired Psychologist turned Business Coach, and I help therapists start, grow, and scale successful group practices. I built my own practice to 55 therapists and multiple 7-figures in just 3 years—while raising toddler twins—and later sold it. Today, I coach therapists and private practice owners across Canada and the U.S. on marketing, hiring, systems, and building a profitable group practice with more freedom and less burnout. I’ve grown an online community of 70K therapists on Instagram, host a top-10% podcast (The Business Savvy Therapist), and speak regularly for leading organizations like the American Psychological Association, the Ontario Psychological Association, and the Canadian Counselling and Psychological Association.

This was the best investment I could make for my business. I have learned so much through this program!! She has an amazing and supportive staff that is available regularly for support and to answer questions. The coaching calls are so helpful, I always learn whether I have a question or just listen in to other's questions. I love the regular accountability to keep me moving forward towards my goals and vision. Ultimately, I got into this business to help people and have an influence. I've been a therapist for over 20 years and private practice for almost 15. Nicole and her team are exceptional! I got so much out of the program and continue to use all the materials in the content hub. I was worried about having the time to attend live coaching, and could only make it to Nicole's live calls. these are powerful sessions. Whether you have questions or not, you learn so much from the coaching and the questions and experience of others. The one on one coaching with the success coach was helfpul and able to guide me in the right direction. I am going back as a member as I get closer to selling my business. I have tried to expand to a group practice for the last 4 years, took other trainings and it just didn't work. I have hired 1 new therapist, have a student, and another therapist in a about a month. I really enjoyed my time in The McCance Method. The written course material and weekly sessions were incredibly helpful. The McCance Method gives real direction and concrete information on how to actually start a group practice (i.e.forms and handbooks, hiring staff, onboarding, off boarding) . The experts are very knowledgeable in their different areas of expertise, able to answer a wide range of questions, and they also give you space to process as things come up along the way. Nicole has clearly thought through how to handle everything that comes up and it's well organized. Staff are professional and responsive. I would highly recommend the McCance Method to anyone starting their group practice!
